An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join an established Charity within the Social Housing sector. The role will work closely with the Director of Business Services and be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the Office and IT systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, provide necessary training, and ensure adherence to data protection laws, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members
- Inputting staff onboarding information onto the system and supporting with IT set up
- Oversee the administration and support of Office 365, SharePoint, and other office technologies
- Act as a point of contact for resolving administrative issues
- Co-ordinating incoming communications for the Charity
- Cover a quiet reception for a period of time each day
- On-board new starters with setting up workstations, laptops, new user accounts, email accounts, telephony and office software, plus Microsoft Office 365 basic training
- Ensuring that Health and Safety policies are up to date and adhered to.
- Handle maintenance issues and liaise with service providers to ensure that the office environment is well-maintained
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment
- To serve as the point of contact for Facilities and IT issues, liaising with relevant contractors and service providers, ensuring accessibility for all employees and guests
- Managing the Office Administrator and Business Services Apprentice
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a Business Services Administration role
- Experience of updating IT and CRM systems
- Experience of onboarding and offboarding staff
- Ability to manage and prioritise work under defined standards and timetables
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Immediately available to interview and start

Annual Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working hours:Â 35 per week
