Office Manager - Professional Services - London - upto £40,000

Wise May are looking for a Office Manager / PA to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable company based in London Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.

Duties to include:

  • Responsible for managing the office facilities

  • Ad hoc administration accross all teams

  • Pa duties to senior Stakeholders

  • Health & Safety - look after DSEs, fire wardens, first aiders

  • Responsible for stocking the kitchen/pantry/bars

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office - making sure the office is presentable, tidy, inviting

  • Ordering catering as required

  • Organising socials and events, from monthly get togethers to big Christmas parties

  • Coordinating the cleaners as required

Skills

  • Flexible candidate with a 'can-do' attitude

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Microsoft packages

  • Understanding of Health and Safety / Facilities
