This crucial role ensures the seamless functioning of the office. As the Office Manager, you will be the primary contact for all office-related inquiries, assist senior management, and maintain a friendly and organised workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front door security.
  • Handle daily operations: book meeting rooms, coordinate calendars, and arrange employee travel.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Implement workplace policies (fire safety, health & safety, first aid).
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with staff travel and answer reception calls.
  • Support HR and IT with onboarding new hires.
  • Organise training schedules and provide ad-hoc support.
  • Manage senior management's diaries and calendars.
  • Coordinate meetings and process expenses for senior management.
  • Book travel and accommodation for senior management.
