Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries.
  • Organise functions, conferences, and other company events.
  • Welcome visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and refreshments, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Track invoices and expenses, including annual subscriptions.
  • Support the preparation of company materials, such as presentations and investment papers.
  • Assist new joiners with onboarding and equipment setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and diary management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of due care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
