OFFICE MANAGER SOUTH LONDON CIRCA GBP30KOur client, a London based Consultancy have engaged with us to seek an OFFICE MANAGER to join their busy, expanding and successful team, As OFFICE MANAGER this role will see you at the heart of operations and you will need to quickly establish yourself within the role to add value to an already busy and dynamic office environment.. We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support their team in ensuring the smooth running of the Administrative Department. Responsibilities will include: General HR Administration including keeping records for employees Monitoring and constant updating of ISO Compliance which will include Cyber EssentialsCompliance for all systems and monitoring of timesheets etc Good knowledge of Office 365, Excel and a HR System would be required as well as a good understanding of ISO practices and processes. You will be required to provide onboarding for new employees including induction and arranging delivery of equipment to assist with home working. This will also include maintaining distribution lists of equipment at all times. Excellent written and communication skills are definitive requirement for this role is an ideal opportunity to join an expanding and successful team who will provide personal devleopment and strong future career prospects.
