A well-respected special school in Haringey is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and leadership skills who is looking to make a positive impact in a special education setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring efficiency and organisation
  • Oversee administrative duties, including student records, attendance, and compliance
  • Support HR processes, including recruitment, staff records, and safeguarding checks
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Manage school budgets, invoices, and procurement in coordination with senior leadership
  • Ensure the school's policies, procedures, and safeguarding regulations are adhered to
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator (school experience preferred)
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SIMS (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR regulations (training can be provided)
