A friendly Primary School based in Westminster is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As the heart of school, the Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Leadership:

    • Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the school office.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative support staff.
    • Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency.
  2. Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff.
    • Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
    • Manage the school's communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  3. Record Keeping and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate student records and assist with enrollment processes.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities.
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
    • Process invoices, monitor expenses, and support financial reporting.
  5. Event Coordination:

    • Organize and coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate smooth event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of school administrative processes is an advantage.

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
