- Managing all office related suppliers and vendors and also all facilities, office equipment
- Managing incoming calls and mail including inboxes
- Ensuring the office is correctly stocked and the office and building are maintained
- Keep office HR records up to date and manage holiday requests
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding new hires and assist with drafting offer letters and contracts
- Assist the C-suite with travel, calendar and expense management
- Supporting the CMO and CFO with scheduling and diarising
- Support the Senior EA with prep
- Assist the Senior EA with preparing Board packs and other documentation
