Office Manager and Team Assistant South-West London | Office basedPermanent£45,000 - £55,000We are looking for a switched-on and articulate Office Manager and Team Assistant to join a  boutique real estate firm in continental Europe with a Head Office based in South-West London.Joining a small but high-performing team, this is a role that will suit a candidate who is looking to expand their responsibilities, have commercial involvement and be a go to person for the team. With the company currently undergoing a period of restructuring and growth, this is an exciting time to join! WHAT YOU’LL DOOverseeing the day to day running of the officeResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing all office related suppliers and vendors and also all facilities, office equipment
  • Managing incoming calls and mail including inboxes
  • Ensuring the office is correctly stocked and the office and building are maintained
  • Keep office HR records up to date and manage holiday requests
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding new hires and assist with drafting offer letters and contracts
  • Assist the C-suite with travel, calendar and expense management
  • Supporting the CMO and CFO with scheduling and diarising
  • Support the Senior EA with prep
  • Assist the Senior EA with preparing Board packs and other documentation
WHO YOU AREYou will be someone who not only has strong experience working and supporting in a busy, fast paced environment, but can keep up with a very busy team and is not fazed by changing priorities. You will need to be thorough, with a keen eye for detail and a team player able to work closely with other EAs within the business. You will be someone who prides themselves on being a problem solver and always one step ahead.Requirements:
