Top Architectural practice in West London is in need of a driven Office Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Directors, the Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the office operations at all times. Key duties include: managing the day to day administrative logistics, office facilities, HR and Health & Safety adherence, ensuring IT runs smoothly, managing 3 residential flats within the offices estate, implementing and maintaining systems to support electronic filing and archiving and assisting the Directors with business support as directed.

To be considered for this role, you must have 4+ years of relevant work experience (administration, office/studio management, have worked in the design sector), strong IT and numeracy skills, confidence and live within easy commute to W12. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, willing to learn, able to muck in to do various different tasks, have good people skills and email writing, fluent English and be polished in their presentation. They must also have an understanding and appreciation for discretion and confidentiality.
