We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our school.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate school events and meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain and update the school's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Handle enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Support the Headteacher and senior leadership team with administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check is required.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
