Office Manager - West End - £45,000

Hybrid working, 09:00-18:00

Wise May are looking for an Office Manager to join our client, a friendly and dynamic law firm based in the West End. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who reward hard work.

Duties to include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to enhance performance
  • Manage office infrastructure, IT systems, and supplier relationships
  • Support the leadership team in business development and strategic initiatives
  • Event Management and Planning
  • Website and social media management
  • Legal Directory/Award submissions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage professional indemnity insurance and other insurance policies
  • Act as the point of contact for audits and regulatory reviews
  • Oversea client onboarding/KYC
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist with staff appraisals, career development, and well-being initiatives
  • Recruitment: Scheduling interviews, drafting employment contracts, sourcing references/DBS checks
  • Pension uploads
