We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our clients London based office, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, and to support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and offering general support to clients who visit the office
  • Handling all mailing, shipping, packages, and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support
  • Recording office expenditure
  • Maintaining office policies
  • Preparing & drafting emails
  • Managing the diary
  • Ensure the office is well stocked for stationery, tea, coffee, milk etc
Skills and experience
  • Warm and personable attitude
  • Being able to work at pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with all MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, Adobe & PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience with proofreading legal documents and agreements
  • Good numerical skills
  • Professional discretion & high-level confidentiality
