Immediate start. Experienced Office Manager, PA required to join our established client in what will initially be a 2-3 month temporary contract, with potential to move to a permanent position working on an exciting project for up to 5 years. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, the role is fully on site, and flexibility is essential to start earlier when required. Salary is up to 45,000 per annum depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be well presented, possess a positive, self-motivated attitude, with exceptional organisational skills, experienced in arranging travel, and with a high level of confidentiality. Experience dealing with site construction teams are desirable.

Duties:

  • Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative tasks
  • Assist with on-boarding new staff
  • Assist team with calendar management and expenses
  • Provide PA support, arranging travel, meetings and appointments
  • Supervision of office administrative staff, including reception
  • Port of call for client requests
  • Set up board meetings
  • Administer the management of the team holiday records
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Maintain all office supplies

Experience required:

  • Previous office management, PA experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Construction industry experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
