  • Welcoming guests, providing general assistance, and being the point of contact.
  • Keeping the visitor logbook and building reception system updated.
  • Ensuring guests and visitors have the necessary access.
  • Arranging refreshments and snacks for meetings.
  • Coordinating with guests, couriers, deliveries, maintenance, and other queries.
  • Collecting and distributing office post.
  • Arranging office events, coordinating catering and venue selection.
  • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to maximise cost efficiency for office supplies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a well-ordered office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to interact with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
  • Experience in an Office Management role.
  • Willingness to work on reception and welcome guests to the office.
  • A can-do attitude and a self-starting approach.
