Permanent Office Manager role £50-£60k per annum dependant on experience, boutique Finance Company, Green Park.

Based in Green Park, the small office has become one of the leading European managers in the leveraged loans market. They have a decade long track record of delivering top decile risk-adjusted returns.
The role that has become available as Office Manager will be the backbone of the day-to-day operations in the London office, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: taking care of the reception, project and facility management, travel and event arrangements.
Duties:
- Calendar/diary management, scheduling meetings/appointments etc
- Planning travel arrangements, accommodation
- Liaising with facility management contractors to ensure cleaning, catering and security services are delivered to standard.
- Be the first point of contact for queries on general topics such as guidelines, procedures, stationery, IT equipment, meeting rooms
- Booking/organising some events
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Process invoices and manage expense approvals
- Maintain a tidy, calean and safe office space
Desirable traits
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Project management including, ideally, having already organized/ supported an office move
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
