About you

A key part of this role requires you to build long standing relationships with influential stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as clients’ PA’s.

You will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the Co-CEOs and the CFO.

Responsibilities

Office administration responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the security team on operational matters relating to the building
  • Being responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies & IT Equipment, for example ordering business cards, managing electrical testing and liaising with the building’s cleaning company
  • Liaising with the company’s IT provider to address and troubleshoot potential IT issues

PA responsibilities include:

  • Global diary management
  • Working with third party travel consultants to arrange both international and national travel for Managing Directors and Partners as required
  • Submitting expenses for Managing Directors and Partners as required

Operational responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with internal meetings and external events
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance with the recruitment scheduling
  • Onboarding new joiners
  • Supporting with compliance training
  • Acting as the company’s First Aider and Fire Marshal (training will be provided)
  • Assisting the CFO with any UK/US office ad-hoc requests
