Our client is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/EA to support high-level executives and ensure the smooth operation of their office. Join a vibrant team where your skills and initiative will shine!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to executives, expertly managing extensive diaries and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, including global flights.
  • Answer calls and emails from clients or investors, directing them to relevant staff with professionalism.
  • Maintain the office budget and meticulously monitor business expenses.
  • Set up and facilitate conference calls for Board meetings, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, showcasing your adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Electronically sign, format, and export documents using Adobe and Docusign.
  • Oversee stationary needs and liaise with building management for meeting room bookings.
  • Process expenses with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support new starters with onboarding and engage in ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
  • Communicate via WhatsApp to prioritise urgent matters promptly.

We're looking for someone who can crack on and use their own initiative to keep things moving! Your experience as an EA, particularly with CEOs and shareholders, will be invaluable in this role.

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Experience in a similar role and a fast-paced environment.
  • Asset Management and Proprery industry experience would be desired.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Proactive with initiative, open-minded, and willing to take ownership of the role.
