The Role

Our client, who have been awarded, for the second year, Great Place to Work, have a vacancy for an Office Solutions and Commercial Services Executive, within their virtual office team.

You’ll oversee the smooth operation of virtual office services, workspaces, and benefits administration. From handling client mail, providing administrative support and forwarding calls, you’ll ensure services run seamlessly. Whether you’re meeting potential tenants/clients or supporting team operations, your contribution will be valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services: Be the friendly voice behind their telephone answering service and the guide for workspace tours.
  • Mail Handling: Securely manage client mail with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, credit control, and performance reporting.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to exciting projects like CRM updates, new product launches, and competitor analysis.
  • Marketing Support: Keep in-house marketing displays fresh and impactful.
  • Administration: Coordinate the client compliance administration

  • Experience: Office administration or customer service experience, gained within a corporate UK based firm, is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, top-notch organisational skills, and the ability to multitask like a pro.
