A boutique law firm based in the city are seeking an experienced office manager / PA to support a small team of fee earners with PA duties and assisting with the day to day management of the firm. Please note candidates must be available immediately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide PA support to a small team of fee earners including diary and inbox management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and conference bookings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships.
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Organise company events, meetings, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage office facilities.
  • Liaise with IT support for office technology and system needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (legal experience is not required).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.
