A boutique law firm based in the city are seeking an experienced office manager / PA to support a small team of fee earners with PA duties and assisting with the day to day management of the firm. Please note candidates must be available immediately.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to a small team of fee earners including diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and conference bookings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Organise company events, meetings, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage office facilities.
- Liaise with IT support for office technology and system needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role (legal experience is not required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.
