Our client is a small operation close to Farringdon. They require a professional PA/Office Manager to assist in their London office, to be the first point of contact in the building and provide professional and efficient support to the CEO/CFO and other Directors.

PA Support

  • Provide full support to the Chief Executive Officer and other Directors
  • Support communication between stakeholders, executives and the wider team
  • Managing the scheduling of board meeting agendas, mail, emails, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, and catering requirements.
  • Presentation preparation
  • Attend board meetings and record confidential minutes
  • Maintaining and submitting expense claims in Concur

Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional front-of-house service.
  • Basic Facilities Management
  • Order stationery and any other office equipment
  • Arrange and organise couriers and deliveries.
  • Managing the security access system and H&S register for fire evacuation planning
  • Ensure that all administration H&S procedures are met (training will be provided) and all certification is up to date.
  • Meeting room logistics and catering
  • Assist with organising social events, including fundraising, well-being programmes and other team events.
  • Ad hoc project work. Support Finance, HR, Legal & Marketing with any other administrative tasks/projects.
  • Assisting in any other day-to-day tasks
