Looking for an experienced administrator with a history in a corporate environment who is looking for a part-time role based in Central London. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and able to be proactive and react quickly.

Pay Rate: £15.00 p/h

Days: At least 3 days a week

Hours: Can range - 10:00-14:00 or 09:00-15:00

You will need to:

  • Take general care and maintain the entire office space - keeping it tidy and all stationery and refreshment cupboard full.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients - making them teas or coffees.
  • Manage the busy telephone switchboard and be able to politely and professionally transfer clients through.
  • Book taxis or travel for the wider team.

The ideal person will:

  • Have a degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, quick and fast-thinking.
  • Able to work effectively in a team, leading at times, but also autonomously.
