A boutique investment firm based in the West End and looking for a part time Office Coordinator on a temp to perm basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a superstar candidate who is well-presented and switched on to support the office taking on front of house duties along with looking after general facilities management and administrative support. The position will be based in a closeknit office with the team working on a part-time basis from Monday to Thursday, a total of 25 hours per week. We are looking for candidates that can use their initiative and take ownership of their day to day tasks to best support the team. What you will doWe are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work and is looking for a friendly and supportive environment. Your day to day duties will include:
  • Reception duties including phone management, incoming and outgoing post, monitoring and ordering office supplies, keeping office tidy, etc.
  • Meeting administration including booking rooms, greeting clients, setting up room, and diary management
  • Administration for the accounts team entering invoices details
  • Overseeing office facilities, including organisation and coordinating maintenance requests
  • General office support and ensuring office supplies are maintained 
  • Supporting the wider team when required
  • Booking events throughout the year
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to provide troubleshooting for staff
  • Assisting with company social media updates
Who you areTo be successful, you will have strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. We are looking for:
  • A self-starter who is proactive
  • Methodical and organised approach to work
  • High attention to detail 
  • Solid IT competency across all Microsoft packages
  • Professional and warm communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently
Benefits include 25 days holiday (pro rata), Private health insurance, increased pension contributions, life insurance, and limited term income protection. You will be working 4 days per week from 9:00am - 4:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. The salary on offer is £35k PRO RATA depending on experience.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
