Office Coordinator opportunity

My London-based client is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their thriving showroom, to ensure smooth running of the finance and operations office. This role is part time, 22 hours a week, the hours can be scheduled into three working days, or spread across 5 days, making the opportunity perfect for someone wanting to work around school hours. Salary of £30000 pro rata on offer (£18000 based on 22 hours)

What will you be doing?

As Office Coordinator you will be working flexibility within the office to cover facilities, health and safety and office management duties. This will include but not be limited to- dealing with facility maintenance and liaising with third parties to ensure necessary works are being carried out, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, monitoring office inventory stock and ordering when required and more.

What skills will you have?

You will have 3 years' experience within facilities coordination role or similar, first aid and health safety training and/or desire to obtain. An IOSH or NEBOSH is advantageous. You will have office experience and administration skills.
