Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team at their vibrant office in the City of London. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office environment, providing administrative support to the team, and managing office resources. Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organised, and well-supplied environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain employee records and process timesheets.
  • Monitor and manage office-related budgets, track expenses, and process invoices. Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of office-related financials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or a similar position.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and office equipment.
  • Familiarity with HR practises and basic financial management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
