Responsibilities:

  • Office management: Handling various administrative tasks such as diary management, office supplies, and visitor access.
  • Invoicing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Statement reconciliation: Matching bank and credit card statements with supplier invoices.
  • Payments: Checking supplier invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Health & Safety: Assisting with annual H&S risk assessment and raising day-to-day issues with the serviced office.
  • Events management: Supporting marketing colleagues in arranging events and working with venues. In addition to supporting the CEO, as the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within an Office Management role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
  • You are an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Your flexible approach allows you to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Your ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality will be essential, as will your proficiency in MS Office suite.
