Our client, a leading firm in the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced and versatile Reception Manager to join their team and take ownership of front-of-house operations, office management, and clerical support.

This role is at the heart of ensuring their office runs smoothly and that clients have a first-class experience. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives and event coordination, adding variety and creativity to their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
  • Supporting advisers by scheduling follow-ups with prospective leads.
  • Assisting with clerical duties, including managing incoming/outgoing mail.
