- Based on reception; to answer all internal and external telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Meet and greet clients.
- Respond to emails quickly and efficiently.
- Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required.
- Provide Executive Assistant support with duties including; arranging gifts as requested, travel arrangements, completing administrative tasks in a timely manner etc.
- Assist with daily queries, both internal and external.
