Receptionist£30,000 - £35,000PermanentA fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a boutique Private Equity firm located in Mayfair.  If you’re looking for the next step in your career and looking to join an established firm, then this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, have exceptional communication skills and be extremely confident in client facing environments.  Working in a 5 strong administration team you will provide superior customer service support to both internal and external clients, acting as the first face of the company. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering and transferring calls  
  • Receiving and distributing all incoming post for staff.
  • Ensuring the office is correctly stocked with stationary and refreshments
  • Ordering daily lunches and setting up.
  • Support with Events as needed
  • Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
WHO YOU ARE
  • Career receptionist with minimum of 1 years experience working within a fast-paced reception environment, ideally within financial services
  • Someone able to provide the highest level of customer service to guests and internal clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands on, can do attitude with no job too small attitude
  • Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Someone with a professional attitude and demeanor
