- Managing all incoming and outgoing post
- Answering and transferring calls
- Receiving and distributing all incoming post for staff.
- Ensuring the office is correctly stocked with stationary and refreshments
- Ordering daily lunches and setting up.
- Support with Events as needed
- Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Career receptionist with minimum of 1 years experience working within a fast-paced reception environment, ideally within financial services
- Someone able to provide the highest level of customer service to guests and internal clients
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands on, can do attitude with no job too small attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
