Residential Duty Manager

The residential building is vigorous and diverse located in the heart of London, offering high-grade living spaces across six key sites in the Paddington area. Our key priority is to go above and beyond for our clients and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support concierge teams across six sites
  • Work closely and alongside your support network to ensure the standards and professionalism are met.
  • Assist with conducting regular team meetings and training to keep staff engaged, motivated and informed.
  • Be able to build a great rapport not only with the residents but also your team
  • Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of concierge services across all sites
  • Complete daily administrative duties
  • Maintain and ensure all lobby areas and concierge desks are clean and tidy and conduct inspections to maintain safety and security standards are met

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable
  • Excellent team building skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organisational skills must be strong.
  • High level customer service
  • Ability to learn on the job and is keen for career development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a high pressure environment

Desirable:

  • Valid CCTV license
  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate
  • Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
  • Fire Warden
  • A working knowledge of Locale
