Retail Office Administrator wanted for a Luxury BusinessLocation: North East LondonSalary: £30-35kAre you a highly organized and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact across both office and retail environments?Position Overview:This multifaceted role primarily focuses on office administrative support, with a secondary emphasis on retail/Ecommerce admin support. You will excel in various administrative tasks that contribute to the seamless functioning of both the office and retail store.Office Responsibilities:Efficient Communication: Answer and direct telephone calls, and address queries through phone and email.Warm Reception: Greet visitors at the reception with a friendly and professional demeanor.Database Management: Operate and update our database, ensuring accurate records.Diary Management: Manage your own diary and assist in scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and maintaining the filing system.Collaboration: Work closely with Co-Founders, the Office Manager, and the Retail Manager.Retail and Ecommerce Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.Sales Support: Create sales orders and support stock management and inventory levels.Logistics: Coordinate with our logistics company for returns and stock management.Financial Duties: Handle invoicing, reconcile transactions, and manage cash and bank reconciliations.Ecommerce Assistance: Ensure the website accurately reflects inventory levels, titles, and pricing.Required Skills:- Proven administrative experience (5+ years) and high-level organizational skills.- Ability to efficiently switch between Retail, Ecommerce, and Office tasks.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and HubSpot, DocuSign, quick books, Zero (different accountancy software- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.- Understanding of exceptional customer service.If you are a proactive individual with a passion for excellence in administrative support and customer service, apply now to join our team and contribute to our success in both the office and retail environments!Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
