Job Title: School Support Staff (Various Roles)

Location: Various Schools across Northwest London

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Temporary

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill various support roles in schools. We partner with numerous schools in NW London to provide top-notch staff for reception, administration, and other business support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and handle inquiries.
  • Administration: Maintain records, manage communications, and support school operations.
  • Office Manager: Oversees the administrative functions of the school office, including staff supervision and office operations
  • Communications Officer: Manages the school’s communications, including newsletters, social media, and public relations.
  • Attendance Officer: Monitors student attendance communicates with parents/guardians, and implements strategies to improve attendance rates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting educational environments.
