Our client based in Battersea is seeking a dedicated School Office Administrator with a focus on pupil administration to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is crucial for the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collect and review enrolment forms for Autumn 2025, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Confidently contact parents/guardians to obtain any missing information from the enrolment forms.
- Accurately enter data into the Arbor system, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and managing the front desk in the absence of the full-time Receptionist.
- Manage and monitor events requiring parental contributions, including entering events into the system, tracking payments, and sending reminders to parents for unpaid contributions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound working knowledge of Arbor for data input.
- Experience with parent payment portals, ideally Parentmail, is preferable.
- Previous experience in school receptionist duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse community.
