A mainstream secondary school in Southwark is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for a highly organised and efficient individual with prior school administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing student records and data entry using SIMS or BROMCOM

  • Handling general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting staff and students

  • Supporting admissions, attendance tracking, and maintaining school records

  • Assisting with HR tasks, safeguarding checks, and compliance administration

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and liaising with parents and external agencies

  • Ensuring all confidential information is handled professionally and in line with school policies

Requirements:
  • Experience in school administration (essential)

  • Proficiency in SIMS or BROMCOM (essential)
