We are currently working with a number of outstanding schools who are in need of support with various business support positions. We are looking to register talented and reliable candidates who are looking for temporary roles and flexible with assignments. 

As a member of our temporary business support staff, you will be placed with various clients to assist with their administrative and business support needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing school correspondence and emails
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating school events
  • Maintaining student records and databases
  • Providing general administrative support to school staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school administrative or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different school environments
  • Flexibility to take on short-term assignments
