As the School Office Manager, you will be at the heart of the school's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and lead the school's administrative team, ensuring high standards and teamwork.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the school office, handling student admissions, attendance, and essential record-keeping.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and external partners, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to safeguarding, data protection, and other statutory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide critical support to the senior leadership team, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to handle budget monitoring, invoicing, and procurement processes.

Requirements:
