You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of our Management Information System (MIS), overseeing financial processes, and maintaining compliance with safeguarding requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's MIS, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Oversee financial administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and support administrative staff, ensuring effective office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support school operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience with [specific MIS software, e.g., SIMS, Arbor].
  • Proficiency in financial administration and budget management.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (required).

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications in administration or finance
