About Our Client:Join our client's dynamic Academy Team, renowned for their commitment to excellence in the beauty industry! They are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Professional Products Division clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Model Management: Oversee model databases, manage bookings, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols.Client Service: Address queries and complaints via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for all course bookings.Front of House Support: Assist with check-ins and training room setups at the London Academy.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
