We are looking for a well organised individual to join a well- established Property Management Company which offers progression to become a Managing Senior Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Support the Office Manager
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Order site set-ups
- Book travel arrangements
- Welcome visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements
- Previous experience in administration
- Experience in a construction/project management environment would be useful but not essential
- Ability to work unsupervised and use their initiative
- Self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
