- Deliver customer service in a “front of house” capacity, alongside taking calls from the switchboard and ensuring they are logged
- Ensure that customer and visitor relationships are built and maintained
- Communicate in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, colleagues and visitors in a clear and concise manner to ensure agreed service levels are met
- Ensure that all areas in the building are kept well stocked and maintained, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are fit for purpose
- Be confident when showing new customers/ visitors the office
- Make sure that high levels of customer service are always provided and have a strong “can do” attitude
- Assist the centre manager with various duties including stock levels and training
- Build relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with their office space
- Manage a small team and work with the Customer Service Manager to support them
- 2-3 years in a similar client facing and customer service-based role, ideally in serviced office or similar
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to build strong and positive relationships
- Great telephone manner
- Be positive and approachable
- Strong Microsoft package skills
- Salary of up to £35,000
