Office Solutions and Commercial Services Executive - £29k to £32k - Central London

This is a great opportunity for a graduate, or someone with outstanding customer service skills & who is professional and outgoing, wanting to be part of a small team within a large professional membership organisation. This role is working in a growing aspect of the business, offering its members a serviced office / virtual office commercial service. Many of these members are Directors, requiring an efficient, professional service, with outstanding customer service. The person they are looking for will be positive, team orientated, dedicated to delivering high standards of service, people orientated, excellent communications skills, and desire to help this aspect of the membership organisation develop.

SALARY ETC:

  • £29,000 to £32,000 + excellent benefits.
  • Central London, Office based role.
  • Permanent, full-time
  • Start: ASAP
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A graduate calibre that demonstrates a willingness to learn and the ability to take on new challenges, working as a team member.
  • An Administrative or Customer Service qualification would be highly desirable, or people / service orientated degree.
  • An outgoing, people person: Building rapport with people, be it clients or potential customers, is your superpower.
  • Mutli-tasking and able to mange various administrative tasks, whilst ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.
  • Great communications skills and telephone manner, as well as smart appearance.
  • Drive to be part of a small growing team, and business/financial acumen, with a desire to be part of a growing and successful venture.
  • Relevant office administration experience, preferably with a focus on virtual office services and/or customer services.
  • An awareness/understanding of anti-money laundering would be a benefit, although training will be provided if not.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Mail Sorting and Handling: With confidentiality you'll be the guardian of our clients' mail, ensuring it's sorted and sent with the utmost care.
  • Telephone Answering:You’ll be the voice of our exceptional telephone answering service, leaving a lasting impression on every caller.
  • Customer Service: As well as taking meeting room bookings and assisting with print requests for existing tenants, you’ll support with providing tours of the workspaces to potential new tenants.
  • Electronic Signatures: You’ll be the main point of contact for Docusign requests.
  • Financial: You’ll support with departmental financial activities, which includes invoicing, credit control, maintaining accurate performance reports and sharing relevant data with internal stakeholders.
  • Projects: You’ll support with departmental projects including, but not limited to, the CRM, AML requirements, new product development/launches, tenders, and competitor analysis.
  • Teamwork: You’ll provide cover for the Office Solutions and Affinity teams.
  • General: To support the team's efficiency, you’ll conducting general office duties and contribute to the review of all administrative processes.
