Interview: Week commencing 17th March Working Pattern: Full Time (8 am - 5 pm, with flexible start during the first week)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile Showroom Office Manager to lead the relocation of their office and create a vibrant workspace for their team! Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly lead and manage the relocation process from current office to the new and bigger office (only a short walk away)
  • Liaise with building management and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition
  • Set up functional spaces, manage desk arrangements, and order essential supplies
  • Create access passes, manage inductions, and provide tours for the relocating team members
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding the new office and move dates
  • Pack, label, and organise company property to streamline the move
  • Provide administrative support for handling sales inquiries and maintaining the CRM database
  • Assist in preparing sales promotional materials using PowerPoint or Adobe Suite
  • Manage the showroom budget and report on activities
