Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator for a FTC starting in February 2025. The role is based in the City of London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Team Administrator, reporting into the Office Manager, to cover maternity leave. This person will join a busy team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and attending Corporate Events / Conference
  • Facilities Management
  • Booking Company Travel
  • Managing of the property portfolio
  • Managing of the Concur account
  • Inbox Management
  • Monitoring of the First aiders and Fire wardens
  • Assisting the office manager with Health & Safety
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary for the completion of the role

Key Attributes:A team player who has a high level of self management, is well organized and has great attention to detail. They must be confident and have the ability to communicate effectively across the company and to third parties. They must have good time management and can deal well under pressure.

  • 4+ years experience within an Administrator Role
