Team Office Administrator- Professional Services£29,000 - £33,000South West London – hybridA fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised candidate to join an established Legal firm based in South West London. You will provide support to the Practice Manager, Legal team and wider office. The successful candidate will have proven experience in professional services, within a similar role supporting with office and team assistant duties.The Role:
  • Support with the daily operations of the office, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage office archiving and document management
  • Ensure the office environment is professional, efficient, and compliant with health and safety/fire standards.
  • Handle vendor contracts, including office supplies, cleaning services, and technology providers.
  • Provide administrative support to legal and support teams, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Support the Practice Manager when required.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including client appointments, internal discussions, and team events.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with marketing and events.
  • Working with IT support to set up new joiners with PC/mobile phones/tablets – updating existing models
  • Assist with billing and client invoicing processes where required.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant/Office Manager preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
