This is a Office Manager Role for a consultancy firm based in Liverpool Street. This role is based on the reception covering a maternity contract with office manager responsibilities with a extension to events.
Pay Rate: £20 p/h
Hours: 08:30-17:30 - 5 days in office
You will be required to:
- Ensure the office is maintained and managed efficiently, to provide a pleasant environment.
- Meet and greet all clients, be the first point of contact and the face of the company
- Manage meeting rooms, supporting the EAs and any queries.
- Order stationery, groceries and manage suppliers
- Deal with all administrative tasks that are necessary - ad hoc
