Adecco are currently recruiting for a Docucare Printer Support Operative to join our key multi-national corporate client. Working within a global law firm in central London.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm with an immediate start date.

Experience in a similar role or IT helpdesk is ideal.

Purpose:

Provide onsite service to a fleet of Xerox and other manufacturer devices defined within the contract as part of reactive (break/fix) and proactive (consumable management) processes. Responsible for ensuring service levels are met and customer satisfaction is paramount is what they do. The role holder works as part of Technical Service in conjunction with the Service Delivery team that is aligned to one or more customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Carry out regular preventative maintenance checks on client fleet of machine

Proactive monitoring of the fleet using the Xerox tool suite and be able to resolve and escalate issues.

Replenish consumables i.e. toners, imaging units, and manage a stock of spare consumables onsite. The DocuCare does not re-stock paper in the device

Maintain log of all activities including on-site parts inventory

Maintain clean and tidy devices including the surrounding environment

Carry out first level repair utilising basic technical and/or electrical skills

Escalate in accordance with agreed procedures for next level maintenance and technical support

Interface with the Xerox Customer Service Organisation

Candidate Background:

Minimum: Experience in a customer facing technical service role.

Minimum: Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and drive.

Minimum: Good technical and/ or electrical aptitude.
