The duration of the contract is 6 months initially.

The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working).

The pay rate on offer is 160 - 175 per day.

The client is a multinational high-street retailer.

Role Summary

This is an exciting role dedicated to supporting the growth of our online business by delivering our Media strategy through Paid Social & Display, specifically focused on our Republic of Ireland and UK Third Party Brand (Clothing & Home) activities. The role will report into the Clothing & Home Paid Media Manager and sit within the wider Clothing & Home Digital Marketing team - this includes all paid media channels and SEO.

Key accountabilities of the role

  • Support the Paid Media Manager with delivering Ireland performance targets and co-ordinate the multi-million pound budget, to ensure maximum performance is delivered at the most efficient cost
  • Communicate briefs to the Paid Social agency and monitor budgets at a campaign level across Ireland & Third Party Brands
  • Managing the creative and copy process across both Ireland and 3PB activity, from campaigns through to always on activity
  • Support in gathering creative performance insights to ensure timely feedback for future executions to be shared across internal teams
  • Liaising with internal teams to manage and deliver 3PB (third party brands) campaigns
  • Agency management of key partners, ensuring we are getting the service needed from all contacts at the agency, technology partners and from platform partners
  • Manage the Paid Social media strategy and test and learn roadmap for Ireland, amplified across all social and display networks
  • Leverage data attribution and feed optimisation to support the strategy execution
  • Work closely with ecommerce & performance marketing managers to understand and align activity to business unit priorities
  • Manage and optimise spend & performance, whilst owning internal documentation for spend management
  • Weekly reporting on performance of Ireland and 3PB Paid Social channels including KPIs and budget
  • Support the strategy team with developing the strategy for both ROI and 3PBs, aligning with the wider digital marketing channels strategy. Align activity to deliver the agreed strategy.
  • Support the Paid Media Manager in weekly trade meetings by collating and reporting Paid Social results and headlines
  • Seek out new initiatives in media to optimise and innovate
  • Work with the other performance marketing channel owners including PPC, affiliates, SEO and CRM to deliver seamless cross channel customer targeting
  • Support the wider paid media team in the delivery of department OKR's
  • Keeping up with industry trends and news and communicating to wider team and business where relevant

Key skills and experience

  • Ideal candidate will have Paid Social experience at either Senior Exec level or Junior Account Manager level, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Innovative thinker and able to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with a blend of analytical, creative and numerical skills
  • Extremely results driven with a history of delivering short- and long-term customer targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management, proven experience of influencing in a complex business
  • Strong digital analytics capability and experienced in using marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Confident in managing external agency/supplier relationships
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and react quickly to changing business priorities.
