A Junior Content & Social Media Marketer, with experience in content marketing and social media, is needed to join the team at this growing start-up. This role offers the opportunity to own the Content and Social Media function, bringing creative ideas to life in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This is a remote, UK-based position but candidates must be willing to travel within the UK to meet with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across blogs, newsletters, social media, and video platforms.
- Lead the content lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage social media profiles, engage with followers, and grow the company's online presence.
- Produce valuable resources monthly, including eBooks, blog posts, guides, or thought leadership pieces.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to refine strategies for improved engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to gather insights and ensure content supports business objectives.
- Craft compelling customer stories and thought leadership pieces to position the company as an industry leader.
- Champion bold, creative ideas to differentiate the brand in the market.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or related fields.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Media & Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Architecture/Engineering.
- Proven content creation skills across multiple formats, with a strong ability to engage audiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, or video editing software.
- Excellent organisational skills, from arranging interviews to managing relationships.
- Confidence in managing social media profiles and driving conversations to build engagement.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimising content performance.
- Fluency in UK English, with excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
- A creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in architecture, engineering, or the built environment.
