- Tracking and analysing media coverage, social media trends, and public sentiment related to the business and its competitors across various platforms
- Developing comprehensive reports, providing insights into media performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve media strategy
- Identifying emerging trends and shifts in the media landscape, including social media, digital content, and traditional outlets
- Partnering with teams across marketing, communications, and product to align media strategy with broader business objectives and campaigns
- Evaluating the performance content, ads, and messaging across media channels to optimise reach and engagement
- Conducting ongoing research and analysis on competitors’ media strategies and industry benchmarks to inform positioning
- Assisting in developing media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sentiment, and providing insights to shape content, advertising, and communication plans
- Must be willing to work fully remotely
- 3+ years of experience in media analysis, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency with media search tools, including Newswhip and Talkwalker
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Broadcast, Political Science, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related field
