Media Executive

  • Assist the account team in delivery management of media owner deals/campaign deliveries
  • Establish relationships with clients and participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Support Account team in ad hoc client requests and calls
  • Complete key client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting
  • Be involved in extracurricular activations such as Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing Committees etc
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings
  • Support with the preparation of pitch material for Business Development, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in international briefs and planning

Skills:

Whilst this is an entry level position some media agency experience would be preferable. Other key attributes include:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to use initiative
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Previous knowledge of industry tools (AdIntel, TGI, GWI) preferrable but not essential
