Media Executive
- Assist the account team in delivery management of media owner deals/campaign deliveries
- Establish relationships with clients and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Support Account team in ad hoc client requests and calls
- Complete key client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting
- Be involved in extracurricular activations such as Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing Committees etc
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings
- Support with the preparation of pitch material for Business Development, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in international briefs and planning
Skills:
Whilst this is an entry level position some media agency experience would be preferable. Other key attributes include:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to use initiative

- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Previous knowledge of industry tools (AdIntel, TGI, GWI) preferrable but not essential
